For this reason, cemeteries are one of the most visited places during Eid al-Fitr. Another holiday tradition is to collect candy. Children visit their elders on Eid day, celebrate their Eid, and collect candy.

Handicrafts

Traditional handicrafts reflect their values with the cultural heritage coming from thousands of years of Turkish history and transfer them to future generations. Some traditional Turkish handicrafts are tile, marbling art, miniature, rug and carpet weaving, wood carving, walnut shell embroidery, and silver embroidery. These handicrafts are important elements that reflect Turkish culture.

Turkish Cuisine

Traditional Turkish cuisine is one of the most well-known and loved cuisines in the world. Turkey is always among the routes of people who are interested in gastronomy, especially in recent research, it left its mark on the list with 5 dishes from Turkey among the 50 most liked dishes in the world. Dishes vary regionally, with kebab varieties in the Eastern Anatolia region, olive oil dishes in the Aegean region, and fish and pita varieties in the Black Sea region, but when Turkish cuisine is mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is Adana kebab, pita, and baklava.
